Transfer Student Admission Application

Intended students can download the Application Form, fill in the Form and then submit the completed Form and related documents to our school.

Application Guideline

1. After completing the Application Form, please submit BY HAND with the following documents:
   - Copies of Report Cards of the past two years
   - A stamped self-addressed envelope

     Form Collection Time:

• School Days    : 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Non-School Days        : 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday                     : 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
• Public Holidays  : Closed

2.  Applicant should bring along the following documents for verification:

• Completed Application Form
• Hong Kong birth certificate or Hong Kong identity card of the applicant
• Original Report Cards of the past two years
• A stamped self-addressed envelope with the name of applicant written on it

3. We will proceed your application once receive all necessary documents. Applicant will be notified the result via phone call.
